Introspection

As the holidays approach and the year comes to an end, I like to spend some time looking back upon the prior twelve months and do some introspective evaluation both personally and for Clientek. We’ve had another tremendous year, completing many valuable projects for our clients, growing both our US and Canadian operations, promoting several employees into well-deserved new positions, and continuing to enhance our culture with new opportunities, experiences, and celebrations.
I am continually impressed and amazed at how our team takes ownership of their work and puts their all into delivering high quality results. Every single person at Clientek has our customer’s, and Clientek’s best interest in mind. Our team is constantly going above and beyond to ensure that our output is as good as we can make it. It’s truly an honor to be part of an organization that is comprised of individuals of such high integrity.
Likewise, we find ourselves with a tremendous set of customers, many of which have been with us for years at this point. We work with some of the most generous, fun, and talented organizations. Organizations that not only provide essentials goods and services but also give back to their communities through charity, volunteering, and community focused events. It gives me great pride to partner with these organizations that I have so much respect for.
As I look towards 2023, I am excited for what is to come. Each year brings new opportunities, new relationships, and new challenges. I look forward to these things and the resulting growth for both Clientek and me personally.
